Bluetooth Earphone Shape DVR

Operation Instruction

1. Description of indicators:

a. Yellow indicator: Power (charge) state / Data transfer state in USB mode and

b. Blue indicator: Vide mode or Take pictures mode

2. Description of Mode Switch:

* when it is moved to the MAX direction as marked, DVR will goes to video record state.

* when it is moved to the MIN direction as marked, DVR will goes to take picture state .

3. Startup Video Record or Take pictures, PC camera

*Video Record: “Mode switch” set to video, press “MFB” key 4seconds around ,the Blue indicators will go to on after the DVR finish initialization state. (For initialization state, it need different time for different capacity, it need 3~20seconds around for 2~16GB capacity.)  After the completion of initialization, the yellow indicator will off ,the Blue indicator will on and you can start to recording video now (press “MFB” key again). the Blue indicator will slow Flash when the DVR is recording. Short press the button in the recording state to pause recording and save the video file. The loop operation of each starting and stopping of recording will generate a new video file.

*Take Picture: “Mode switch” set to Photo, press “MFB”key 4seconds around for turn on, the yellow indicators will go to off after the DVR finish initialization state. Now, you can start to take pictures, the blue indicator will flash one time when you press “MFB” key every time.

** If it is video record state, you can pause it, and switch to “take pictures” state directness .

** If it is take pictures state, you can switch to “video” state directness .

*PC camera function: you can chat via Mini DVR with your friends, step:

   a. Power off state, put in USB cable to MiniDV the first，keep MFB key and put in PC within 4senonds around, don’t release MFB key before your PC found new hardware.

   b. install hardware ,you can found driver files in CD disk.

   c. you will found a “SK camera” icon in “my computer”, now, you can start to use it.

Note: If yellow indicators was flashing six seconds around and turn off automatically , please check the memory the first ,if the memory is fully, please erase some file ,otherwise, please charge it.

4. Turn off: Long press the MFB key in any state to turn off, all indicators will go to off.

5. Connect with computer:

a. Put in USB when it is power off (you can connect it with a computer stanby state too). Then the computer will appear the USB Disc icon, when you take out the USB Disc, you have to click the USB Control icon in the Task List at the lower right corner of the screen so as to unload the USB Disc; you can disconnect the DVR from the computer after the computer confirms such unloading.

Note: It will take a little longer time for the computer to identify the USB Disc according to the computer configuration and system difference and you have to wait patiently and you’d better

not to press the button during such waiting time so as not to interfere the computer for identify the hardware. If the USB Disc cannot be identified over a longer time, please try to insert the disc again. If the disc cannot be identified again, then you have to confirm if the operating system, driver, USB interface and connection line are normal; when you unload the unit, you’d better to operate as required by the normal procedures so as not to cause any damage to the DVR or the computer.

6. Charge:

a. Charge DV by PC, Put in USB cable to MiniDV the first，and put in PC side late, Yellow indicator will flash regularly if the battery is low—meaning that the unit is in the general charging state.

b. Charge DV by charger, Put in USB cable to MiniDV the first，and put in charger side late, yellow

  indicator will flash regularly if the battery is low—meaning that the unit is in the general

  charging state.

7. Time setting: the DVR can display the recording time on the video file in the format of “ear.month.day hour: min: second” Such time can be set up as below:

a. Create a notepad file with the extension name “time.txt” and enter a time as shown in the format 2009.07.15 16:10:28. Such time is your current local time. Please check the text formatting carefully to ensure a correct format. Or you can modify directly in the CD-contained example file and then save and apply.  

b. Connect the DVR with a computer and copy “time.txt” into the root directory of USB Disc after the appearance of USB Disc on the screen.

c. Disconnect the hardware and start up the DVR –turn off DVR one time, then, the time setting is completed .

d. The set time will be saved in the DVR.

8. Rest DVR: some time, the DVR will stop reacting occasionally due to mis-operation or other reasons. If so, please reset it by reset hole.
